ATLANTIC DIVISON WINNER: NEW YORK KNICKS. ONLY REAL CONTENDER TO TAKE THIS DIVISION ARE THE BROOKLYN NETS, BUT IM GIVING THE EDGE TO THE KNICKS BECAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN TOGETHER LONGER, AND COACHING. RIGHT NOW, IM SURE YOU WOULD TAKE MIKE WOODSON OVER JASON KIDD 100 TIMES OUT OF 100 TIMES.

CENTRAL DIVISION WINNER: CHICAGO BULLS. THE RETURN OF THE “POINT GOD” DERRICK ROSE IS GOING TO BE PIVITOL TO THE SUCCESS OF THE BULLS THIS YEAR. THE BULLS PLAYED THE CHAMPION MIAMI HEAT TOUGH EVERY GAME. THATS WITHOUT THERE BEST PLAYER. IT WONT BE EASY WINNING THIS DIVISION THOUGH, INDIANA PACERS WILL HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT THAT.

-DALLAS MAVERICKS: BEST PLAYER: PF DIRK NOWITZKI, BREAKOUT PLAYER: PF DEJUAN BLAIR, SLEEPER PLAYER: SG MONTE ELLIS

-NEW ORLEANS PELICANS: BEST PLAYER: PF/C ANTHONY DAVIS, BREAKOUT PLAYER: PG JRUE HOLIDAY, SLEEPER PLAYER: SG ERIC GORDON

-SAN ANTONIO SPURS: BEST PLAYER: PF/C TIM DUNCAN, BREAKOUT PLAYER: PF TIAGO SPLITTER, SLEEPER PLAYER: SG MARCO BELINELLI

SOUTHWEST DIVISION WINNER: NEW ORLEANS PELICANS. IM GOING OUT ON A LIMB HERE. THIS IS BASED SOLEY ON ERIC GORDON AND ANTHONY DAVIS STAYING HEALTHY ALL YEAR. NEW ORLEANS HAVE PUT TOGETHER A GREAT TEAM AROUND ANTHONY DAVIS. THE ADDITION OF TYREKE EVANS SHOULD PROVIDE AN IMMEDIATE SPARK OFF THE BENCH. DAVIS WILL MAKE A HUGE LEAP THIS YEAR, AFTER A STELLAR ROOKIE SEASON. PELICANS HAVE ALSO BROUGHT IN EMERGING PG JRUE HOLIDAY, SO HE SHOULD MAKE ALL THESE NEW PIECES MOLD TOGETHER NICELY. I JUST THINK THE PELICANS ARE TOO YOUNG AND TOO TALENTED, FOR THE AGING SPURS AND MAVERICKS TO KEEP UP. I MAY BE WRONG, BUT WE SHALL SEE.

NORTHWEST

-DENVER NUGGETS: BEST PLAYER: PG TY LAWSON, BREAKOUT PLAYER: C JAVALE MCGEE, SLEEPER PLAYER: PG NATE ROBINSON

-MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES: BEST PLAYER: PF KEVIN LOVE, BREAKOUT PLAYER: RICKY RUBIO, SLEEPER PLAYER: SF SHABAZZ MUHAMMAD

-PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS: BEST PLAYER: PG DAMIAN LILLARD, BREAKOUT PLAYER: C ROBIN LOPEZ, SLEEPER PLAYER: SG CJ MCCOLLUM

-OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER: BEST PLAYER: SF KEVIN DURANT, BREAKOUT PLAYER: PG/SG REGGIE JACKSON, SLEEPER PLAYER: PG RUSSELL WESTBROOK

-UTAH JAZZ: BEST PLAYER: PF DERRICK FAVORS, BREAKOUT PLAYER: PF DERRICK FAVORS, SLEEPER PLAYER: PG TREY BURKE

NORTHWEST DIVISION WINNER: OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER. THIS PICK WAS TOUGH FOR ME. I THINK THE BLAZERS ARE GONNA BE A SURPRISE TEAM THIS YEAR. LED BY STUD PG DAMIAN LILLARD. I JUST DONT THINK IT WILL BE ENOUGH TO OVERTAKE DURANT AND CO. FOR THE DIVISION. ON TOP OF THAT WESTBROOK WILL HAVE A POINT TO PROVE AFTER BEING INJURED IN THE PLAYOFFS.

PACIFIC

-GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS: BEST PLAYER: PG STEPH CURRY, BREAKOUT PLAYER: SF HARRISON BARNES, SLEEPER PLAYER: SG/SF ANDRE IGUODALA

-LA CLIPPERS: BEST PLAYER: PG CHRIS PAUL, BREAKOUT PLAYER: C DEANDRE JORDAN, SLEEPER PLAYER: SF ANTWAN JAMISON

-LA LAKERS: BEST PLAYER: SG KOBE BRYANT, BREAKOUT PLAYER: C CHRIS KAMAN, SLEPPER PLAYER: SG NICK YOUNG

-PHOENIX SUNS: BEST PLAYER: C MARCIN GORTAT, BREAKOUT PLAYER: PG ERIC BLEDSOE, SLEEPER PLAYER: SG GERALD GREEN

-SACRAMENTO KINGS: BEST PLAYER: C DEMARCUS COUSINS, BREAKOUT PLAYER: PG GREIVIS VASQUEZ, SLEEPER PLAYER: SG BEN MCLEMORE

PACIFIC DIVISION WINNER: LA LAKERS. AGAIN, IM GOING ON A LIMB HERE. THIS ALL DEPENDS ON HOW EFFECTIVE AND HEALTHY KOBE BRYANT IS. THE LAKERS STILL HAVE THE BEST BIG MAN IN THIS DIVISION, IN PAU GASOL. BUT IT WILL BE EXTREMELY TOUGH TO TAKE THE DIVISION FROM THE CLIPPERS, ESPECIALLY WITH THE ADDITION OF DOC RIVERS AT COACH. GOLDEN STATE IS ALSO IN THE MIX FOR THE DIVISION TITLE. THEY HAVE ONE OF THE BEST YOUNG ROSTERS IN THE NBA LED BY SHARPSHOOTER STEPH CURRY.4801004022_33125021ec_b
