This is going to be a huge blow for an already struggling Falcons team. At 1-4 and possibly losing their best offense weapon by far, the playoff window for the Falcons may have just been shut closed.

The bye week will help. The rest will hopefully allow Roddy White as well as Steven Jackson to recover and fill the void. Nonetheless, the Falcons are in serious trouble. Especially with the Saints at 5-0 and walking away with the division.

And what makes the saints so dangerous this year is the defense is finally holding their weight. so brees doesnt have to outscore you every game. the defense can actually stop somebody this year
